Stardust - Designer Kid Alert

Now I must confess that I am not a designer-holic for myself or my family, no matter how much I like to shop. In fact Doo has said that he has never looked so 'dressed down' in his life. Charming.

So you can imagine my reaction when I met a new friend through twitter @Stardustrascals and Geraldine kindly offered me a free sample of their products to review.

I was half tempted to choose a little something something for myself from the Stardust website as they have a beautiful selection of gifts for mums. A rarity if you ask me. We mums tend be forgotten as soon as our Younglings have entered and taken over our world.

Instead I sat Youngling on my knee and scrolled through the designs until he picked the above hoody by pointing and hooting at the screen. Well it is his birthday in two weeks so I should spoil him really ;-)

- Made in India by an ethical ETI Basecode compliant family factory.
- Made from premium 100% interlock cotton which is gentle and stretchy.
- The hoody has a contrast hood lining and cuff turn-up.
- The garment washes and wears beautifully and has been tested on our own kids!
- Hand printed in our London workshop with bold durable graphics.
- Machine wash up to 40°C, tumble dry on low.
Price: £20.00

Selection
Colour: / Size:  Green, Purple, Black: 0 - 6 Mths 6 - 12 Mths 1 - 2 Yrs 2 - 3 Yrs 3 - 4 Yrs 5 - 6 Yrs 7 - 8 Yrs 9 - 10 Yrs

The item took a little longer than I expected to arrive but we have had a few problems with out post since the Christmas backlash so I wasnt in a hurry to complain, and afterall we were being sent an 'uber-cute' present which Gwenyth Paltrow adores.

Youngling was so excited to open the package which was securely sealed. He jumped up and down when we showed it to him and I couldnt help but feel the softness of the material on my cheek. It was like hugging a snuggle blacket from my childhood. Although the hoody felt thinner in material than I had anticipated I knew this would be good for Youngling, as he, like most toddlers, can get too hot too quickly after running around etc.

I want to thank Stardustkids.co.uk for their generosity and would recomend you pop along and see their choice of rags for your rascals ;-)

Take care
Kate

The hoodie is very nice but the character on the front of it looks like Khaddafi.

Ah thats great Magickal. My little terror decided to shrink in the bath so the top is a little on the big side right now bless him. So instead of being 1 size too big its now 3 sizes too big ;-)

Hey Stacey great to see you here will pop along again soon Take care xx

Bill, I hadnt made the connection but Doo mentioned the same thing today! Eek. It is NOT intentional. I actually thought the character looked like Robin Hood. Or someone out of Star Wars ;-)

Great to see you all :-) Take care and will speak soon. Must update you on lots int he near future so do stick around xx
