What does it mean?

I had the strangest dreams last night and I just cannot shake off the weirdness from them. I am actually disturbed by them and cannot help but wonder what they mean. There were about five in total but they all rolled into one. Maybe you can help me figure out what they mean?

1. I was on holiday in Italy or some such place. It was almost as if I were a native - but strangely like I was a male native (maybe just a tom boy). I had to sell some possessions, old wicker chairs, to stay in the country for fear of being deported. I was sent on this 'mission' by darker skinned natives. The feeling of urgency was quite high.

2. I was then transported (as a female this time) to another holiday destination. It was the only pure white salt-stone beach. I was with another woman, a female friend - I think we'd only just met, and children. All of a sudden she notices her dark haired daughter unconscious in the water. It was up to me to revive her. It was so traumatic and I couldn't understand why this mother would leave her precious daughter alone to drown. I would give anything to have a little girl. She came round and looked up at me all angelic. I felt warm and safe then.

3. The next thing I know I'm crying in a house (that isn't my house in the dream or in reality). I am then sitting talking to an old work colleague and I kiss his cheek three times. No reaction from him. So I move towards his lips and he pulls away. "Are you sure you want to be doing that?" he asks "after everything you've said". My heart races and I can feel the tension between us. "Yes" I reply and we kiss. Softly at first then more tenderly as he wraps his arms around me, both hands on my back.

4. I am then leaning out of a prison cell (which is cream/magnolia in colour. Not a brand new build but not run down) telling fellow (female) inmate about the previous dream. I see my baby being taken away by a nurse/guard. Almost as if I have just given birth but the baby looks older than a new born. It looks like a baby boy. I then tell her all about Doo and the dramas I've had. I suddenly hear Doo's voice. He is also an inmate. It is a mixed prison. He is on the upper level and looks over the railing at me. He is angry I've been talking about him and says "I want a word with you Kate. Can you come here for minuet please. Now." It is more of a demand than a question. I don't want to go.

5. Then I almost become Doo and see the prison guard (a foreign looking fellow) ask him if he's been fighting again for he has new scars on his face. Doo/I was denying the fight but had a little in-joke with the guard and knew that the scars were something bad.

I have no idea what all these dreams mean!

They must mean something surely? Any ideas? What age do we start dreaming anyway? How early can we recall a dream? Do cat's dream?

What's the most memorable dream you've ever had? What did it mean for you?

Take care
Kate

OK - you need a holiday, if you don't have one you might snap and commit a crime... Doo is there because he will always be tangled up in your thoughts... maybe... LOL I have the weirdest dreams every night. I should start writing them down!

Also, I have nominated you for the Versatile Blogger award! You need to read the page on my blog for details… Beware, it’s a bit time consuming but a nice accolade to share… http://www.sjiholliday.blog.com

Dreams are so weird aren't they?! I often have weird dreams about people I haven't seen for years! I read somewhere it's because somepart of your subconcious is reminded of someone or something during your day (even if you don't actively recall thinking it or about them) and then it can be expressed in a dream-it's a bit like a thought tran departing your head if you get me?! Well..it's either that or you eat too much cheese late in the day! (so they say causes weird dreams!)Great blog! Now following! x
