Hi there. I too am on a Frugal mission for 2012. I have managed to sell 36 books on Amazon over the last week. It really is easy to set up a little shop. You may not make a fortune, but every penny helps! Make sure that you do your own online postage though, I have found that my local post office over charges me! So, if you have books to declutter, I highly recommend Amazon!

Sounds like you've already had some great ideas and Kate's meal planning blog is great.

One other thing I do is have a large bottle by the front door (old style pepsi/whisky bottle type thing) in which I put my change. I've noticed that the grandparents pop a few coppers in there now and then too! Every little helps - we use it for spending money on days out, money for slot machines on the pier at Brighton etc.
